![]() Matthew Lillard is still king at playing Shaggy and does not miss a beat at all, Scooby is still vocally performed well by Neil Fanning, Sarah Michelle Gellar still does good as this more feisty and badass Daphne, even Freddie Prinze Jr. Just like the first film, the cast in this from the gang to the side characters are just as great as before. And for the longest time, I have always preferred this to the first film and considered it my favorite of the live action movies, as I felt it had more Scooby-Doo elements than the first film and was felt more like a classic Scooby-Doo film, and after recently re-watching it on HBO Max, my thoughts still remain strong. Here we are with the second and final movie of the theatrical live action Scooby-Doo films, Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed, a film that is somewhat divisive with certain fans who either think its an improvement over the first film which was less than stellar reception wise (even though I am a fan of the first film) or think its just as bad if not worse than the first. ![]() ![]() Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed tells the story of the gang having to solve a mystery regarding an evil masked figure who begins stealing and reanimating the costumes of their past villains for a nefarious plot. ![]()
